2012 Class Descriptions

Ashtanga Beginners:  Build strength and agility even if you haven’t moved in years!  Awaken your connection to your body in this Pre-power yoga early morning workout. A perfect class to build a home practice from.

General: An eccelctic practice blending vinyasa flow with specific alignment and poses held for longer breath duration.  Improve stamina, focus the mind and feel great! This class is appropriate for all levels of practitioner including expecting mothers, and practitioners healing from injuires.

Hot Yoga:  A challenging practice conducted in a very HOT room!  Cleanse your system, strengthen, stretch and envigorate your body in an optimal environment.  Have great fun with this energetic no holds barred practice.

Restorative Yoga:  A slow, deeply relaxing practice incorporating meditation and supported poses held for long durations.  This class is conducted by CANDLELIGHT!
